Late last night, Chris Brown posted a picture on Instagram with a fairly long caption explaining why he pushed back the Between the Sheets Tour Dates. Brown is set to perform alongside Trey Songz with guest performer Tyga in 26 different arenas across the country, and two shows in Canada.
The tour was supposed to kick off tonight at the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia followed by a show at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Thursday. But fans are going to have to wait on Breezy to get his act together first.
Brown explained that he still has 100 hours left of his community service hours to complete. He was sentenced to complete 1,000 hours of service in August of 2013. You can read his full apology to his fans here:
So I’d be lying if I said I didn’t agree with fans who are upset about Chris not completing his hours by now. Excuse the profanity in the comments underneath, but fans are UPSET.
Breezy took shots at an angry fan on Twitter who questioned what the star has been up to since then. He responded in true Chris Brown fashion by telling her he’s been making money, music and spending time in jail and to hop off his d*ck. Yikes!
But really Chris? You mean to tell me that all those times you were caught cheating on Karreuche, you could’ve just been cleaning up a highway somewhere and doing what you needed to do so you can give your fans what they want? Where are your priorities?
It just doesn’t add up. But hey! #TeamBreezy will have to remain loyal for just a little while longer (all pun intended). As much as I love me some Chris Brown, he’s so unpredictable and I know I’d be tight if he had to cancel the tour all together because something else is in the fine print over his community service duties.
